Materials & specifications

Depending on chemical load and temperature, we use different plastics for piping, vessels and apparatus:

• PPH (polypropylene homopolymer)

  Economical standard material for piping and vessels in the medium temperature range, also available in an electrically conductive version.

• PVDF

  High chemical and thermal resistance for demanding media, also available in an electrically conductive version.

• HDPE (high-density polyethylene)

  Robust material for storage and process vessels, also available in an electrically conductive version.

• PVC-U

  Proven material for piping and vessels (not conductive).

• PTFE

  Almost universal chemical resistance for turned and special components, also available in an electrically conductive version.

• E-CTFE (Halar) / ETFE / PFA

  Almost universal chemical resistance, for linings among other uses, also available in an electrically conductive version.
