In detailed preliminary discussions to develop the concept, we contribute our many years of plant engineering know-how, especially in glass and plastics, to the customer-specific options for realising the project.
Following these discussions, the P&I diagrams for submission to the authorities are prepared in very close cooperation with the customer and with complete transparency in planning.
Once the P&I diagrams have been approved, we draft the layout plan with the arrangement of the apparatus as well as the foundation and load planning that forms the basis for the steel structure design.
After the large components have been positioned, we start planning the isometrics, including a 3D model, together with the required material take-offs and parts lists for precise cost calculation.
To ensure that suppliers and installation contractors meet their deadlines exactly, we draw up a detailed schedule, for example in MS Project.
Functional tests and commissioning of the completed new plant are carried out by our experienced and highly motivated specialists in close cooperation with the operating staff until the customer is fully satisfied.
To ensure a smooth start of production, we train your operating staff on the basis of the operating manuals and commissioning documentation we have prepared.
